Penny Pinching Pam is turning 60 and she's retiring all in the same month! I want nothing more than to celebrate these milestones with the carefree exuberance of a child. Unfortunately, my mind is weary with one thought - her plumbing. Mom has been talking about getting her plumbing fixed for nearly ten years. Seriously - think about that - TEN YEARS!
